The business continuity planning industry had changed significantly in
recent years. In most organisations, the role has expanded from a part-time
assignment to a full-time profession. This workshop addresses the need for
drilling by crisis simulation.
Participants are formed in a group to play different roles in a corporation to handle a given simulated scenario of crisis. You will be challenged of expected and unexpected issues. Can you survive the risk gracefully? May be, may not be ... |
