BCP for Small Businesses

Since the outbreak of 911 attack, SARS and bird flu, companies are getting more aware of the importance of having a business continuity plan in order to continue the critical business functions in case of disasters. Especially for multi-national corporations, they have been investing a lot in improving IT infrastructure, splitting & relocating the staff of critical departments, setting up DR sites and preparing comprehensive business continuity plans. However, for small businesses, they might not be feasible at all or only feasible for a small scale of BCP and DRP implementation. What are the main considerations in case of a small scale implementation?
