Mr. Wilson Yuen


Mr. Yuen is the Lecturer in the Division of Computer Studies in City University of Hong Kong. Wilson obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree with First Class Honour in Applied Computing from University of Hertfordshire, UK and Master of Science Degree in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interests include Internet technologies, network management and security, multimedia authoring and computer game development.

Mr. Yuen served as the consultant in many non-profitable projects: "CompuAid 2000", co-organized by Ming Pao Newspaper, Hong Kong Professional Teacher Union and Commercial Radio Hong Kong Ltd in the year 1999-2000; TV programmes, such as IT series of the ETV programme and "IT files II" by RTHK, and Mathematics series of the ETV programme in 2000-2001. Mr. Yuen is the vice-chairman of the International Conference on Application and Development of Computer Game Conference in 21st Century (ADCOG21, funded by Hong Kong Innovation Technology Fund) in year 2001.

Mr. Yuen also serves as the IT consultant for many companies, such as Toplis and Harding (HK) Ltd. and Parthian Co. Ltd. Mr. Yuen is the course instructor for the Diploma Programme - Information and Internet Security in School of Continuing and Professional Education (SCOPE), City University of Hong Kong. He is the Honorary Advisor of PISA since it was founded.
