SC Leung is currently the Senior Consultant of the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre. He has over 15 years of working experience in the IT field serving Internet solution provider, IT outsourcing, banking and the telecommunication industries. Mr. Leung has had management experience of Internet data centre services and security solution provision. Mr. Leung's previous consultancy assignments covered analysis of security and networking requirements and applying solutions, business contingency planning, region-wide standard and policies compilation, network and security infrastructure building and project management.

SC is a frequent speaker on information security and incident response. He had been the speaker of several international conference, including the Security Summit Conference 2003 organized by Singapore National University, the China Internet Incident Response Conference 2004, Sanya and the NetSec Conference 2004, Beijing organized by CNCERT/CC.

SC holds several designations including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP).

SC was a founding member of PISA and had served as the Chairperson from 2001-2003. He is now serving in the Program Committee. SC can be reached at sc.leung@pisa.org.hk
