Mr. Hung is a frequent speaker on information security. In the past years he has participated in the design and implementation of a number of critical security projects for Blue-chip companies in Hong Kong to greatly improve their security risk management capability.

A graduate of the HKUST, Manfred holds a degree in Computer Science. He is also a CCSE, SCSA/SCNA, CSA-HPUX, CCNA, Symantec Product Specialist (ESM, NetRecon, ITA, NetProwler, Raptor), Symantec Certified Instructor (ESM, ITA, Raptor).
