Mr. Lewis TSE has more than 10 years' experience in the areas of computer-aided intelligence
analysis, system design and network security.

He is currently in charge of a team of police computer forensic examiners who are specially
trained to collect digital evidence from embedded systems and network environment. In this role
he has helped set up the latest Police Computer Forensics Laboratory at the Hong Kong Police
Headquarters.
