James Chan has be working over 7 years in Hong Kong IT Education. He has been a lecturer in IVE(Haking Wong), major job are teaching Networking, OS and System administration.

He holds a few professional certifications that include MCSE, MCP, MCP+I and CCAI.

He has experience in Internet Security in School, in charging of the whole school Computer system, has participated in network planning for the new building, co-ordination, system preparation, setup and operation whole school network system including workstation, notebooks, servers, network devices, etc.

He was also in charge of installation, maintenance and customization of system software, application software, and software packages and all kinds of testing for the project. He set up PDC Server, BDC Server, CD_Rom Server, File Server, Web Server, FTP Server, Proxy Server, VPN, VLAN. Also, he installed parental control software with different levels of security for accessing web-based materials. His experience also include preventing Virus Spread, designing network infrastructure, comparing vendors and give solutions of the site preparation.
