Anthony has hybrid IT experience in corporate system development and security consultancy. He currently is a system and security consultant and focuses on web application security assessment, security policies and standard implementation as well as IT management consultancy.

He is a voluntary speaker in (ISC)2, Chapter Leader of The Open Web Application Security Project (HK Chapter) (www.owasp.org/local/hongkong.html), Founder & Editor of InfoSec Hong Kong ( www.infosechk.org) and member in HTCIA (High Technology Crime and Investigation Association) (Asia Pacific Chapter)

He obtained the following certifications: Security Professionals - CISSP, CEH, ECSA, CISA and CISM, and Technology Certifications - Oracle DBA and Sun Certified Web Component Developer
