Alan Ho is a Senior Manager of an international securities investment firm and he is taking a lead role in application system design, implementation and deployment in the Asia Pacific region. He also participated in various projects including business process re-engineering, disaster recovery planning, Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX), information system security policy compliance and office relocation.

Alan holds a few professional certifications that include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Project Management Professional (PMP). He obtained a bachelor degree in Computer Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hong Kong.

He was a Program Director in the term 2004-2007, Chairperson in the term 2007-2008 and he is now serving as the Vice-Chairperson (External Affairs) of the Professional Information Security Association and can be reached at alan.ho@pisa.org.hk
